What works without internet
Loci conversations are designed to run locally on your iPhone. That is why Loci can be private, more eco-friendly than cloud AI, and useful when there is no signal.
What needs the internet
Web search is the honest exception. If you ask Loci to search the web, the app needs a live connection because the web is not stored on your phone.
The simple rule: chat works offline after setup. Web search needs the web.
